Royal Kookabura is the fruit of experience in furniture and decoration for more than 15 years.
Fed up with seeing the same products in the furniture stores, in the European exhibitions and enthusiastic about travel, beautiful pieces and Asia treasures, we have thus imagined a different store.
Royal Kookabura is the unique combination of modernism with exoticism.
In our store you will find other furnishing or decorating ideas than the ones usually offered : – ranges of furniture mixing wood and modern material, with purity of line or more classic line: for example recycled teak or stainless steel, teak plus elements bits, pieces of furniture made of prao (salvaged from the wood of former Indonesian boats), others made of resinated mango tree, or industrial furniture (metallic structure and wood inside), unique pieces of painted furniture…
– the possibility of ordering your made-to-measure article of furniture made of recycled teak, bamboo, natural rattan, or synthetic rattan… – garden furniture in solid teak, synthetic rattan with metallic structure – and a monthly display of stoner statues, minimalist or traditional style, indoors or outdoors fountains, jars, original and coloured lamps, made of shell or vegetable fibre, pictures, mirrors… In order to offer you all these original, high grade and best-priced products, the Royal Kookabura team regularly travels around Indonesia, India, Tibet… We work directly with small craftsmen, and personally follow up our orders to ensure an exclusive product. We personally know every supplier, and develop a fair trade with them, the only guarantee for durability.

A store involved in the respect of the environment
Royal Kookabura cares about the respect of environment and has been involved for years in a process of non-destruction of forests.
Our furniture exclusively comes from teak wood plantations or recycled teak, which means old teak wood, coming from former constructions (framework, furniture, boats), reconditioned, remeasured into boards, to be then transformed into furniture.
We work without any intermediary, and personally select each product with greatest attention and the care of one passionately fond of furniture and decoration.
